We took a heather grey and black mesh-back adjustable ballcap, and laser engraved "TX" onto a FULL-GRAIN cowhide leather patch.
Then we LAMINATE and SEW it onto the ballcap, with industrial adhesive and heavy-duty thread.
This thing ain't falling off.
